Banana Bread

Oh goodness since many customers started requesting banana bread a year ago, I made it my mission to make the best one I could - no extras like chocolate or nuts: just a purist‘s banana bread: loaded with perfectly ripe bananas, and honey and crème fraiche just make it even more moist, springy and balanced in flavour.

Ingredients: white flour (organic), bicarbonate of soda, baking powder, salt, soft brown sugar, eggs, butter, honey, crème fraiche, bananas, vanilla extract.
